The shoe label PHILEO was founded in Paris in 2019 by Phileo Landowski, who is just 19 years old. The label first gained attention when it presented its first collection at the Comme des Garçons Trading Museum. Raised in an artistic family of painters, sculptors, writers, and philosophers, and having studied fashion at Céline during the Phoebe Philo period, Landowski draws inspiration from the curves and functional beauty of cars and sneakers. His avant-garde designs combine the traditional flair of classic leather shoes with modern silhouettes and architectural visions, pursuing a sophisticated style that is both simple and powerful. Using environmentally friendly materials, the collections are developed with an emphasis on sustainability.
